About SaaSDossier
SaaSDossier prepares source-linked vendor security evidence records from vendor-published sources reviewed at the time of preparation. SaaSDossier is operated from New Zealand.
What a SaaSDossier record is
Every record follows the same framework of 55 review fields across 10 domains, built only from vendor-published sources. Each field is recorded in one of two states: Documented, quoted and cited in the vendor's own words, or Question surfaced, carried forward as a buyer-ready follow-up question. There is no third state.
What it supports
The finished, dated records support professional vendor, security, compliance and procurement review — the evidence work that comes before a questionnaire, a vendor call, a renewal, or a procurement decision.
What it does not do
It does not score or rate the vendor. It is not live monitoring, an automated questionnaire platform, an audit, certification, rating or vendor approval.
Reviewed before release
Human review is part of release. A record is published only once that review is complete.
Purchasing
Paid Licensed Editions are purchased through Whop; Whop handles checkout and payment under its own terms and privacy policy. The OpenAI Public Edition is free and complete.
Dated evidence records
Each SaaSDossier release is a dated evidence record. Vendor pages can change after preparation, so each dossier should be read as a snapshot of the vendor-published sources reviewed at the time of preparation. If a buyer identifies a material factual error against a cited source, SaaSDossier will review and correct the record.
